My name is Amy Hardy and this is my 12th year as a special education teacher at Midland City Elementary School. Prior to teaching special education, I taught second grade. I am a graduate of Troy University with a B.S in Early Childhood Education and M.Ed. in Collaborative Education. I love my job and feel extremely blessed to be able to work with such an amazing group of people at MCES! Personally, I have an awesome son, a grumpy dog named, Gus, and amazing people in my life. When I am not teaching, you will find me enjoying my family and friends, reading a good book, roaming around a thrift store, attempting to grow things in my garden, or working out.
